- Items that are customized, personalized, or marked final sale are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Undergarments and hygiene-related products
- Clearance or “Final Sale” items
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Return
Email us at support@adrianshop.com with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once we review your request, we will email you return instructions, including the return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
Step 3: Ship the Item
- Securely package your item in its original box (if available).
- Include your RMA number and a copy of your original receipt.
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- 4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable, unless the return was due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
- If a partial refund is approved (due to damaged or incomplete returns), we will communicate the reason clearly.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider – it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Shipped incorrectly
To request an exchange, email support@adrianshop.com with photos and a description of the issue. If approved, we’ll ship the replacement at no extra cost.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Your order number
We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping, depending on your preference and item availability.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you change your mind or no longer want the item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Store-Initiated Returns: If we shipped the wrong or defective item, we cover return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
9. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
